V-Seal AD Series Square Base Pipe Flashings

A range of square based rubber flashing designed for use on profiled sheeting and flat panel surfaces.

V-Seal AD Series flashings are suitable for use with hot and cold flues and pipes. They provide a watertight seal for pipe penetrations on metal roofs.

Square Base - A square base makes for easier installation
Standard or Retrofit - Flashings can be cut down the seam and resealed (using optional clips) for retrofit fitting.

EPDM (Black) handles temperatures from -40°C to +115°C
Silicone (Red) handles temperatures from -60°C to +240°C
