  Great Chimney Cowl  Probably the best known of all the static anti downdraught chimney cowls is the Colt Top All Purpose. It's been around a long time and has a great reputation.   A product you can trust  I've used other brands but the Colt is the only cowl to perform well in difficult conditions. The latest installation was on a flue with major downdraft problems, 100% cure with a Colt Top, other brands failed miserably to cope.
