Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept card payments.

We accept Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Mastercard Debit, UK Maestro, International Maestro, Solo, Electron, and Visa Delta. We do not charge for most items until they are ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. Items that are manufactured to order are charged before commencement of manufacture. Drop ship items are charged immediately. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling Shipping charges are clearly displayed for each region on the shipping charges link on the left hand side of every page.

We do not charge shipping on any order over £150 nett to UK Mainland.

We are no longer able to ship orders outside of the UK and Northern Ireland. We are also no longer able to accept and process orders using a transfer service or “Forward2Me” service to an international address.
Delivery Schedule

Whilst every effort will be made to deliver your order in a timely manner, we do not guarantee any delivery times. You agree that we will not be held responsible in any way for any charge incurred by yourselves in anticipation of delivery.

Any delivery times quoted on our site are for guidance purposes only, and are not a definitive delivery time.

All stove and pallet delivers are kerbside only deliveries. Delivery drivers may be able to put pallet deliveries and stoves to your doorstep or in some cases in to garages but only when possible and safe to do so. They are unable to climb and decent stairs, cross gravel, mud or other rough surfaces. Failed deliveries due to access problems not mentioned at the time of order will incur a re-delivery charge. If you have reported access problems and the couriers agree to send a smaller vehicle, this may be a 'transit' type van with no tail lift - in this case you will need to arrange for some help to carry the stove off the vehicle.

When the courier delivers, please DO NOT SIGN for the goods until you have checked them over for damage - damage not reported at the time of delivery cannot be claimed for - The courier will have a time slot which enables you to check your items. With stove deliveries, if it is just the glass that has been damaged please make a note on the couriers documents 'DAMAGED GLASS', accept the delivery and give us a call and we will send out replacement glass. It is very rare that a driver will not wait to allow you to check over your order but if the driver does refuse to wait, please write on their documents “driver refused to wait” in the signature box

You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

All purchases are screened for fraud. Should our fraud screening highlight an increased risk, your order will not be shipped. We will contact you to request an alternative payment method.
