  Excellent  I fitted the flashing as per the instructions and with all the rain we have had in the Highlands this summer, it hasn't leaked at all so far. This stuff is expensive, but if it works, great! It was also the cheapest I could find online.   (07/10/2019) Dicky Wyer - Fort William
