Sump Adaptor - 150mm (6 inch) Spigot (28-6-SA)

£53.23 (Including VAT at 20%)

Availability: Generally in stock

Clay Liner Adaptors are used to connect to the bottom of a chimney stack which has a clay liner installed, and a chimney flue liner is not being installed. The existing clay liner must be smoke tested to prove it is good condition, before this method of connection is used on an installation.

Construction
Made from 1mm thick stainless steel grade 316.

Installation
Place the plate up towards the underside of the stack. Mark where the adaptor can be securely screwed into the surrounding stack. Drill, screw and secure into the surrounding stack. Finish off with fire cement and fire rope to make a good seal around the square plate of the adaptor. The connecting single wall pipe can then placed over the spigot of the adaptor. Again finish off with fire cement and/or fire rope to make a good seal.
